REGENCY HOMES RECOGNIZED BY EPA

West Des Moines, Iowa. For the sixth year in a row Regency Homes has received an award from the Environmental Protection Agency honoring our 100% commitment to building Energy Star Certified Homes.

All Regency homes are built with Energy Star standards, meaning they are 30% more efficient than homes built without the standards.

Alan Sprinkle,senior vice president of operations for Regency Homes, said, “We use Energy Star because it is right for the environment--it conserves fuel needed to heat homes. It supports the buyer for the expense of heating and cooling the homes. We build a better house because of it.”

Some Energy Star features include sealed duct work, insulated garage doors, 13 SEER air conditioner, electronic programmable thermostat and sealed fireplaces.
