• Interior concrete is defined as garage floor, basement floor and all foundation walls
• Shrinkage cracks can and probably will occur
During the warranty period:
• A dehumidifier aids in clearing condensation in basements
• Any crack in poured walls that exceeds 1/8 of an inch will be corrected
• Cracks in floors ¼ of an inch will be corrected
• Any crack that leaks moisture will be corrected
Exterior Concrete
• No warranty is provided for the exterior concrete
• Filling normal stress and shifting cracks are the responsibility of the homeowner and should be done twice a year
• Occasional traffic such as moving trucks or vans, landscape trucks and lumber trucks should never be driven on the driveway
• Chemical products such as ice melts, snow melts and sidewalk salts should never be used on exterior concrete surfaces
• Use either plain sand or inexpensive cat litter on icy surfaces
• Sweep garage and driveway clean as necessary
