• Slight cracking, nail pops or seams may become visible in drywall walls and ceilings due to the “drying out” process
• They are eligible for repair under our Year-End Anniversary Care Package, which allows for two free visits from the drywall trade partner during the first two years
• Paint touch up in these areas is the responsibility of the homeowner
Wall Texture and Paint
• Do not wash or scrub the walls
• Minor soiling may be removed by blotting or dabbing with a slightly damp cloth on the wall
• Use the provided touch up paint to cover damages
• Allow liquid substances to completely dry before using touch up paint
• Touch ups will look better if paint is dabbed on, rather than brushed
