And so the Regency Design Studio was born. Inside it's 6,500 square feet of convenience. Choose everything from door knobs to bathtubs to home theater systems. Kitchen and bathroom vignettes are set up to simulate the look and feel of a real home. You'll see appliance packages, cabinets, countertops and faucets. Bathroom displays have sinks, tubs, mirrors and more.

Check out lighting and flooring options for the entire home. With just a few steps you can make sure your wood floor will complement your kitchen cabinetry, or make sure your hardware blends with your lighting choices.

Your Design Studio experience also includes selecting smart storage systems for all of your closets, landscape plans for the backyard, even stone choices for your home's exterior.
